hello :)
i have been confused with my? rotation lately. i'm getting confused with all the positions and when to go back to formation. i know how to spike, set, serve and all those stuff. BUT, i'm just way to confused with the positions. this video helped me alittle more then i knew before, but i'm still VERY confused :/

You need to think of two things separately. Rotation is simply rotating around the court. You have to be in your place in rotation after each rally ends and before the next serve. So, if you are switched to position and the play ends, you will need to go back to where you were in rotation before the serve begins the next play. Don't worry about switching with anyone. If you are playing outside/left,? you will always switch to the left.
